Can I get analytics and reporting for my phone system?

Yes, account-wide phone activity reports and analytics are available with CTEK Cloud. For easy access, detailed phone reports and phone analytics can be accessed any time from our web portal.

Can I use my existing number with CTEK Cloud?

Yes, if you already have one or more phone numbers for your business, you can move them through a process known as porting.

We will need a signature on a Letter of Agency (LOA) to move your service to our cloud VoIP system.

Will my current phone system be interrupted if I switch to the CTEK Cloud phone system?

We understand that your phones and communication systems are the lifeblood of your business, so we take every precaution possible to ensure porting your phone numbers from your current provider and transitioning to CTEK Cloud is smooth and seamless.

Can I use CTEK Cloud on my cell phone?

Yes, you can enjoy all the benefits of VoIP on your smartphone or table, even if you don’t have coverage. If you have an internet connection, you can complete calls with CTEK Cloud.
